Great product, poor customer service

I love the product. Bought helmets for 2 of my friends and loved them so much I bought one for myself after I received the order. However, my order took forever to ship out and I tried contacting the company several times through email and on their website, but I would not receive an answer. I only could get help through instagram. My second order went a lot smoother and the product is great.
