I ordered this item on 12/3/24 with the hope that it would come before Christmas. The product took 6 weeks to arrive on 1/24/25, even after a shipping label had been created along with a tracking number on 12/18/24. I emailed customer support for updates on this order numerous times and each time I received no response. Once I finally received the product I noticed that the picture inside the baseball was in black and white. Definitely not how it is advertised on the site when you order and definitely not how I I sent it; the picture I sent was uploaded in color and no where on the site is there an option for black and white.
I have now asked customer service to remedy the situation/ fix the product and have still yet to hear anything back. I do hope this review finds it's way to customer service so we can fix this!
